I am pretty sure that the stair stepper was named incorrectly. That it should truly be called “Machine of Slow Death”

Need some inspiration.
  • I recently switched jobs from being in a very active job, where I was standing all day, lifting things and walking eight hours--to a desk job where I sit seven out of my eight hours. I have gained a considerable amount of weight. While I've started to work out and lost 15lbs--I have a ways to go. Any advice on where to start? I'm really pretty down about my weight : C
